How smaller teams can start collecting, prioritizing, and acting on threat intelligence without being overwhelmed.

Threat intelligence is only valuable when it informs a decision. Start by defining the questions your organization needs answered: which threats target our industry, which of our assets are exposed, and what should we watch for?
Next, choose a small number of reliable sources and map them to your environment. Volume is not the goal; relevance is.
Finally, connect intelligence to action. Every indicator or report should lead to a detection, a configuration change, or a conscious decision to accept a risk.
